The first new project news release of 2021! The renewal of Sokos Kuopio department store restaurant world. A total of 6 brand new restaurants soon to be open in Kuopio. The entire project is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2021. The new Sokos Kuopio restaurant world will house these restaurants:
- Rosso
- Coffee House
- Hesburger
- Green Bar
- Raisu Sushi
- Green Bar
We have worked in close cooperation with the S-Group and the local operator PeeÄssä development teams with this great project. The total value of the investment in the renovation of the property and the renovation of the restaurants is more than 3 million euros. The renovation will allow more space for customers to enjoy the new restaurants with additional seating for 124 customers will be introduced.
Rosso will be the second city only a couple weeks shy of Jyväskylä to welcome the completely new look Rosso restaurant with interior design concept designed by VDP Helsinki for S-Group. The Coffee House will also get a completely renewed look and will for the first time introduce also a wine bar. The completely new concept Döner 26 will serve gourmet kebabs. Next to Döner 26 customers are able to find another new concept named Green Bar which will serve delicious salads. Green Bar prepares all salad dishes completely according to the wishes of the customers. The third new addition to Sokos Kuopio restaurant world line up will be Raisu Sushi Asian restaurant. One of the key features in Raisu will be the extensive sushi buffet. The last but not least piece in the puzzle is Hesburger also designed by VDP Helsinki.
