Early building site pic from Kajaani where the construction works of a new joint commercial and residential building are in full swing. The old S-market has been demolished and the new building is already taking shape. Once completed it will house new S-market, Sokos and two new restaurants on street level and 39 apartments on upper floors. We have designed the restaurants in cooperation with the local team of Osuuskauppa Maakunta. The first of the new restaurants will be Rosso and the other still at the moment unnamed restaurant is dedicated to offer a very comprehensive lineup of different tasty craft beers. Both restaurants are scheduled to open in Spring 2021.
