The restoration of a restaurant is often necessary sooner or later. There is, however, a risk in renewing a popular and successful restaurant. We do not want to lose old customers, but at the same time, we need new ones. The cooperation with VDP in the modernization of Bar Edison, which was opened in 2005, went smoothly. To guarantee the success of the project, the designer took our thoughts and goals and transformed them into tangible and feasible plans, while also adding her own vision to the mix. From day one, both our old and new customers have welcomed the reformed Bar Edison with joy. Our cooperation with VDPHelsinki was a great success and it was gratifying to see Jaana Ekman commit to the project and thus participate to the uplift of the restaurant.
