The first time we discussed this project, I told Jaana that in my opinion, she represents the future clientele of the restaurant, so I instructed her to design it as if it was her own. The only requirements were to make it functional, stylish, cozy and certainly not dull. I believe Jaana succeeded perfectly in the execution of these wishes and she managed to pay particular attention to small details. I also appreciated the continuous conversation with Jaana, which was equally important to the success of the project, as was her ambition and commitment, despite the tight schedule. Without this commitment, sense of style and project management skills, we would’t have been able to achieve such an excellent outcome. I can genuinely say I’m really proud.
