The living room

The bespoke coffee table is made of dark Emperador brown color marble. The Flos 2079-30 classic ceiling light was originally designed in 1958 by Gino Sarfatti. The floor light is Base Polished Brass Floor by Tom Dixon.

The red brick wall is provided by Home4you. The throw is provided by Balmuir. The decor accessories are provided by S.A.L.I. The entire apartment including the home spa, sauna and the terrace are all equiped with Genelec active loudspeakers controlled with a Sonos multi-room audio system.

The library room

The name of the brass frame and the marble top side table is Deck and it is provided by Zarro

The entrance hall

The chandelier is from Eicholz´s collection and the throw from Balmuir. The apartment is equipped with an energy efficient Helvar smart lighting management system. For maximised well-being and efficiency, optimal lighting will be delivered at the right place and at the right time. To precisely control and design the lighting environment, the user has the chance to freely adjust the colour temperatures and illuminances simply with a push of a single button.

The fireplace is tiled with the Italian Atlas Concorde Marvel series Noir St.Laurent color tiles provided by Vehoniemen Laattamyymälä

The master bedroom

The chandelier is from Eicholz´s collection. The cabinets are custom manufactured joinery work provided by Metritiski. The furniture supplier in this project was Albatrossi-Tuote.

The apartment is equipped with two Mitsubishi air heat pumps to provide cooling during the summer months.

The hallway

The original beautiful retained herringbone parquet was repaired and stained.

The washroom

The Gessi Riflessi waterfall faucet, Villeroy-Boch Memento wall mounted toilet with the Geberit Sigma 80 flush plate. All products were provided by LVI Juhani Niemi.

The dressing room

The bathroom, the dressing room, the home spa and the terrace are all equipped with floor heating.

The home spa

The entire space is tiled with The Italian Marvel Pro series Travertine Alabastrino color tiles provided by Vehoniemen Laattamyymälä. The jacuzzi is Pasific 175 Round Executive model. The television is installed behind the mirror above the jacuzzi.

The view from Sauna

The dual function sauna can be heated either by using the infrared heater system or by a more conventional method as standard electric heater. The heater is Nuoska from Tulikivi. The sauna is lit with rgb color changing led system providing 10 different lighting scenarios.

An infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to emit infrared light experienced as radiant heat, which is absorbed by the surface of the skin. Traditional saunas heat the body primarily by conduction and convection from the heated air and by radiation of the heated surfaces in the sauna room. The very special and unique sauna benches are provided by Tuntu.
