Makaronitehdas is a pasta restaurant where all the food is prepared on site, the customer service is superior and customers like to stay for a long time. Makaronitehdas serves excellent fresh pasta, delicious antipasti and mouth-watering desserts. All this now available at the Iso Omena brand new shopping center extension. The first Makaronitehdas pasta restaurant designed by Visionary Design Partners Helsinki is located at Jumbo shopping center in Vantaa. It was opened in February 2016.

The interior of the restaurant is extremely cozy and warm. The whole decor is inspired by industrial style and rustic exposed finishes. The structural elements, furnishing as well as the the lighting fixtures are all industrial inspired.
One of the eye-catching focal points of the restaurant is the pasta kitchen right next to the entrance. Also the extensive use of copper, rusty surface materials and reclaimed wood intensify the industrial feeling.
