We are excited to announce the grand opening of the newly renovated Rosso restaurant, located on the 3rd floor of Kauppakeskus Valkea, within the vibrant Kööki Restaurant World. This significant transformation marks the first major renovation since the shopping center opened its doors in 2016, refreshing the beloved Italian dining experience.

Since 1978, Rosso has been a cherished favorite for families, and as Restaurant Manager Jonna Tervo emphasizes, “Rosso is returning to its roots as a family-friendly restaurant, and we are committed to enhancing the dining experience for families.”

The newly designed interior radiates warmth and elegance, cultivating an inviting ambiance that captivates visitors. With seating for approximately 150 guests and flexible table configurations, the space accommodates both small and larger groups comfortably. The design features natural materials and soothing color palettes, creating a multi-sensory experience that is both tranquil and engaging.

In collaboration with our client, Osuuskauppa Arina, we take great pride in crafting this captivating space that fosters a joyful dining environment. This renovation aligns with Rosso’s broader initiative to refresh its brand image and concept. Since 2021, the restaurant chain has focused on enhancing its appeal, with the Oulu location representing the seventh establishment revitalized as part of this vision.

For over 46 years, Rosso has delighted guests, and the Oulu branch has enchanted the community for 31 of those years. Currently, it stands as the most recommended Rosso restaurant among the 21 locations across Finland, a testament to its exceptional hospitality and inviting atmosphere.
